12. Governing Law and Court Proceedings

(a) These Terms and Conditions and access to use of and all other matters relating to this Site shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

(b) You and Maria H. Kyriacou can bring court proceedings with respect to any matter or dispute that may arise in connection with this Site or these Terms and Conditions, in the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus. You and Maria H. Kyriacou shall retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of any other country that may have power to hear such proceedings, whether at the same time or not.
